General Bonus Rules

• Direction from a law enforcement agency or court order.

After account termination, any legitimately earned balance will be returned; however, if fraud is proven, all balances may be forfeited.

12 Dispute Resolution

If a resolution is not reached through our support team, both parties will attempt to resolve the matter through mediation. Applicable law will govern any dispute relating to these terms.

If a conflict arises between the English and Bengali versions of these terms, the Bengali version will take precedence.
